April Event Calendar

  • 30th March – 5th April: Starry Night Star Stone Monthly Goal [Nintendo Switch]
  • 30th March: PvP Season of Mischief ends and Season of the Wild begins
    • Your VP will be reset, as will your Alliance rank with the new Season. As with every Season.
  • 1st April: New Cosmetic Easter Pet
  • 3rd – 9th: Easter Advent
  • 3rd: New Mythic – Khaziel
  • 3rd – 5th: Faction Expansion – Fang Moor
  • 20th – 26th: Starry Night Star Stone Monthly Goal [all platforms]
  • 23rd: Guild Wars – Sword’s Edge Attack Restriction
  • 27th April – 10th May: Spring Celebration Holiday Event
    • Do not forget, to earn the 31st copy of the event Pet you will need to complete the Special Weekly Goal during this period.
  • 1st May: New Mythic – Merlantis

Studio closed dates

  • 2nd April – 6th: Passover & Easter
  • 8th – 9th: Passover

During these periods, the team are proactively keeping an eye out for any further critical bugs.

This involves widespread game-blocking issues such as players being unable to launch the game, servers going down, etc.

Should you require any further assistance, don’t forget to check our Help Centre for general troubleshooting tips in the meantime, and we will get back to you as soon as we are back in the studio!

If you experience any purchasing issues, such as duplicate charges or not receiving a purchase, please contact your platform ASAP.

Also, upon our return, things will be a little slow as we catch up on everything that has come through or has been put on hold while the studio has been closed.

*While events are scheduled in advance, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances the events may be swapped or changed last minute. So please be aware that when the schedule is shared, it is also subject to change.
