December & January Event Calendar

Another double feature, as the holiday season is right on our doorstep!

Especially as I am making this blog so far in advance for Jan, there is a chance some events are missing or subject more so than normal, to change.

  • New Campaign Begins – Wilhelmina’s Rose: 1st Dec – 9th Feb
  • New Suncret Mythic: 5th
  • Faction Expansion – All-Seeing Eye: 12th – 14th
  • Guild Wars – Daemon: 18th – 21st
    • Set your Keep & Defenses: 16th
  • Holiday Event – Holiday Cheer: 15th – 28th
    • To earn the 31st copy of the Holiday Pet, you will need to complete the Special Weekly Goal in either week.
  • Holiday Advent: 19th Dec – 1st Jan
  • Holiday Cosmetic Pet Rescue – Missytoe: 24th Dec
  • New Mydnight Mythic: 2nd Jan
  • Guild Wars – Wild Plains: 8th – 11th
    • Set your Keep & Defenses: 30th Dec
  • Faction Expansion – Sea of Sorrow: 16th – 18th
  • PvP Season Grace ends and the new Season – Trouble, begins: 11th Jan – 30th March
    • REMINDER: WHEN A SEASON ENDS, YOUR VP IS SET TO 0. This means your Alliance Rank is reset, and you will not earn Gold Mark Region bonuses until you unlock Legionary Rank VIII again.
  • Guild Wars – Divine: 29th Jan – 1st Feb
    • Set your Keep & Defenses: 27th Jan

Studio closed dates

  • 24th Dec – 2nd Jan (inclusive)
  • 26th Jan

During these periods, as normal, should any critical bugs appear, we will have devs standing by to jump on and get them resolved as soon as we can.

This involves widespread game-blocking issues such as players being unable to launch the game, servers going down, etc.

Should you require any further assistance, don’t forget to check our Help Centre for general troubleshooting tips in the meantime, and we will get back to you as soon as we are back in the studio!

If you experience any purchasing issues, such as duplicate charges or not receiving a purchase, please contact your platform ASAP.

Also, upon our return, things will be a little slow as we catch up on everything that has come through or has been put on hold while the studio has been closed. So, we will appreciate your patience when we get back to work in the New Year.

*While events are scheduled in advance, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, the events may be swapped or changed last minute. So please be aware that when the schedule is shared, it is also subject to change.
