Dragonlord Luther is now craftable from the Soulforge. It requires The four Tarot cards from the Anniversary Weekly Goals, as well as Souls to craft.

Once the Anniversary celebrations end, the Tarot Cards will be available as a drop from the Vault in 3-4 Weeks time.

Dragonlord Luther will be staying in the Soulforge.
